This brownies recipe is one of our family favourites. It’s the perfect recipe to follow along with your little one(s) and get them learning valuable life skills early on! It’s also great if you’re looking for something cheap and cheerful to do on a rainy afternoon. Baking is such a great way to bond with your kids and I promise you and your little one(s) will have a blast with this recipe. However… I can’t promise that you won’t both end up covered in chocolate!

If you want to minimise your impact on the planet as far as possible, you can also walk to the shop to pick up the ingredients.

MESS WARNING

If your kids are anything like mine then there is a lot of potential for this recipe to get messy, and I mean really, REALLY MESSY. I personally prefer to keep little chocolate smeared hands and faces away from my clothes and I’d rather my kids didn’t stain theirs.
