ADD A LITTLE EXTRA MAGIC

All envelopes can be left blank or personalised with a clue to it’s contents or recipient. Choose whichever wording you’d like but please ensure it’s written in the personalisation box exactly as you would like it to appear on your envelope. Please add which colour you would like (stating glitter or plain) in the box provided and I will do my best to accommodate.

You can also choose to add a co-ordinating stamp to your envelope. All stamps will be hand-sewn to the envelope in the top right corner, if you would prefer a different placement please let me know in your order notes. Stamps will be in a matching fabric to the fabric inner you have selected, please note that the pattern placement will vary from the pictures shown. All stamps are cut by hand.

PACKAGED WITH CARE FOR THE PLANET

All envelopes are packaged wrapped in acid free tissue paper and posted in a FSC certified postal box which can be widely recycled.

All orders will be posted using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service..

I use Royal Mail Track 48 for all standard orders, ensuring reliable and traceable delivery. Memory blankets are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, offering full insurance for these bespoke creations.

The standard turnaround time is 2 weeks, while memory blankets require 6-10 weeks due to their intricate nature. For custom fabric requests, delivery times may extend depending on supplier availability, but I will keep you updated throughout the process.

As most of my products are made to order, I’m unable to accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is my priority, and if there are any issues with your order, I will work to resolve them to your satisfaction.
